First time buyers

It is best to read through all the newsletters (especially in the promotion corner) posted on this websites for First time buyers.

1. Register as a member first ( Free Registration).

Important : pls state your email address and mailing address correctly in the registration column. This is to help us to communication with you through email and sent the products to the correct address.

2. Select the items and add it into your shopping cart, no restrictions on minimum order/ number of styles or designs.

Pls noted that to check out, you can go to the "Shopping Cart" which is located at the bottom of the website.

Please noted that items within the shopping cart does not imply a reservation of items. Items only reserve upon order confirmation and payment made.

3. Select checkout . Let the system guide you through the process , please state your email address and mailing address correctly in the system, click “confirmed” after checkout. Pls note that the final discount will be sent to you via email.

we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the total amount including shipping and discounts(if any), and to advise you on the best payment methods through email. If there are any items which are out of stock, we will also notify you in the email.

( To save your cart without checking out , you need to select "update cart " , "continue shopping" after add cart using your login account)

4. After order had been made and confirmed by both parties, please make payment to our bank account. Notify us once payment had been made.

Pls note that stocks will be reserved based on first come first serve payment basis.

- All orders which are not accompanied by payment will lapse and we will treat the order as void.

Returning customers

1. Log in to your account under 'My Account' to view your orders.

2. For a new shopping order, you may just shop and add items to your shopping cart. However please note that items in the shopping cart does not imply a reservation of item . Items are only reserved upon order confirmation and payment made.
