Q: Product quality?
A: All our products are from Good to Top-Premium quality so you are safe to purchase.
Notification : For BUxx products: They are from the same magazine adopted by many suppliers. However, from this year (2012) onwards, all new BU designs will be made more complexed, in order to avoid imitation. In addition, all materials will be using higher grade fabric with anti-wrinkle substances. E.g Smoother & higher density chiffon materials. For all other products (Model no: BY/BS/BE/ J / L / D / SS /Sxx/ W(swimwear) ) : 100% Original Pictures, ensured with 100% real product models' shooting.

Q: Any Minimum orders?
A: No. You can purchase Any 1pc at wholesale price.
Q: Self-collection available?
A: Yes, we allow self-collection. Pls forward your requests through email.
Q: Can make changes on paid items?
A: No. As all our products are from oversea, once orders are made the shipment cannot be cancel. All changes need to make before payment, please place a new order instead if there is lot of changes. If there is only a few changes, please reply the invoice you receive with what you want to add (model no./color/sizes) and what you want to cancel.
Q: Are there any hidden cost beside the shipping & delivery cost?
A: There is a transaction charge of 3.5% for using Paypal (VISA/ Mastercard), but currently, we will absorb this fee.
Q: If product is defective, can return and exchange for a new one?
A: All our products are checked twice before packing and defective products will be taken out along the packing process. Return & Refund policies pls see Shipping & Returns.
Q: Can the order make though email or fax?
A: Pls try not to send by e-mail or fax which might miss a lot of details (delivery & contact information). Pls use the checkout cart in our websites to guide you through the process.

Q: Can go to your office to see and buy the products?
A: As our warehouse is only for distribution, customer can only place order online, so please make your orders through our website.
